We are a grass roots mountain bike club founded in 1997.
Our base is on the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire border between Market Harborough & Northampton.
We are an equals opportunity club open to all who enjoy riding their bicycle in the great outdoors.
During the British summer months we venture out to our further terrories to ride the tracks and trails and during the winter months we generally only use 2 bases to ride from.

What pace is set
The pace of a club ride is always set by the pace of the slowest rider on the night but generally the average speed for the ride is 20 kph
How far do you go?
Generally our Wednesday evening rides are based around 2 hours or up to 40km. Ride leaders will plan a route with sections they can either add in or take out depending on the speed of the ride or if there are an mechanicals.
Can I try before I join
We encourage all riders to come out with us for a ride or 2 before you commit.

Weekend rides
These are normally longer than the week day ones.
They are generally at least 65km or 4 hours of riding and generally feature a cafe stop around the half way point.
Away day rides
When these are arranged it is normally for most of the day and an early start is needed.
The ride is normally planned to start at 8 - 8.30am and to finish 2 - 2.30pm
These rides are planned around an 80+km route with a cafe stop about half way.
